Milwood is a flexible indoor-outdoor production space in Venice for photo shoots, video, creative meetings, workshops, and small events. The studio features high ceilings, concrete floors, a seamless wall, movable furniture, and a rotating selection of color backdrops. The open layout leaves room to build sets, shape lighting, or keep it clean and minimal. Natural light shifts through the day, with blackout options for full control, and it opens onto a private courtyard with a fire pit.

Rules

Rental time includes setup and cleanup — arrive and depart within your booked window. Overages are billed at $190/hr. Treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. No confetti or glitter; no smoking indoors. Any damage to the studio is the renter's responsibility.

Standard 120V power throughout the studio and courtyard, with multiple outlets plus a rolling power cart with outlets for on-set use. Dedicated circuits available for lighting. For high-draw productions, share your power needs in advance and we'll confirm capacity.
